As a Managing Director based in Dallas, Sufi Tian is responsible for client service, specializing in Capital Markets, Technical Accounting, and SEC Reporting.
Sufiana brings over 23 years of experience to Riveron. This includes being a strategic business partner taking Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer roles with responsibilities for publicly listed and privately held companies with global operations, as well as, head of financial reporting and analysis for investment banking with over $275 billion assets under management. Her experience includes accounting and business advisory services such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, private placement/144A, deal structures, business improvements, ERP conversions, SOX compliance, remediation of material weaknesses and significant deficiencies, SEC reporting, and IFRS conversion. Sufiana has worked in a variety of industries including life and general insurance, consumer lending, private equity, registered investment companies, consumer products, technology, and energy.
Prior to joining Riveron, she held leadership positions at Neuberger Berman Alternative Investment (Capital Analytics) and PricewaterhouseCoopers serving high profile publicly listed and private companies.
Sufiana currently lives in Dallas and serves on the Board of Directors for Ascend Business & Professional Leaders, the Philanthropy Committee for Texas Wall Street Women, and as an executive member of the Women Energy Network.
