Background
Managing Director Hector Barletta brings 20 years of experience providing chief financial officer (CFO) advisory services to corporate and private equity portfolio companies. He has partnered with CFOs to implement value creation strategies across the enterprise for a range of industries.
He has significant experience implementing operating strategies for the finance function, including enhancement of existing processes, technologies, and organizational structures to improve how the finance function delivers value to the overall organization.
Hector has in-depth knowledge of finance planning and analysis (FP&A), general accounting and operational processes like procure-to-pay and order-to-cash. His project experience includes improving management and financial reporting processes, outsourcing and insourcing back-office functions, shared services design and implementation, organizational design, technology implementation, pre- and post-close integration planning, and public company readiness.
Hector has also served in interim roles for key finance leadership positions. He lives in Orange County with his wife and two children.
