    Career Highlights & Background

    Mike brings more than 20 years of accounting and advisory experience working with technology and life science companies across the San Francisco Bay Area. Mike founded and served as chief executive officer of Effectus Group, an accounting advisory and transaction services firm that is now part of Riveron. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Silicon Valley office of a Big Four firm, where he built deep expertise in providing external audit and transaction services to technology and life science companies. This combination of entrepreneurial leadership and technical accounting experience enables Mike to guide clients through sophisticated financial and transaction environments.
