As a managing director based in Boston, Jeff Horine leads restructuring teams in establishing and executing an engagement plan while serving as the on-site liaison between the client’s executive team and its lenders and other stakeholders.
Background
Jeff is a Managing Director with more than 25 years of experience in senior operating, business restructuring and principal investing roles. He has participated in out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations, orderly wind-downs, asset foreclosures and dispositions, debt refinancings, and the sale of distressed businesses. Jeff raised $40 million of venture capital as the CFO of a carve-out from a Fortune 500 business, negotiated five acquisitions as a principal investor in connection with a $140 million roll-up IPO, and was the founding Director of the Industry Consolidations Group at Citadel Investment Group, one of the world’s largest hedge funds.
