Todd Cilio

Background

Todd has over 25 years of management, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, consolidations and SEC/management reporting experience.  He has led technology and consulting practices and driven significant growth across all aspects of the business.

As a managing director, Todd oversees practice development as well as multi-process implementations spanning consolidation, planning and the related data integration and reporting products. He has worked on clients with varying degrees of complexity including clients with 30+ data sources across 80+ countries. Todd also has worked on large multinational implementations driving corporate process re-engineering, CPM reviews and full implementations.

Todd has designed and managed over 100 cloud and on-prem implementations over the last 20 years, in addition to, leading engagements involving process re-engineering, business performance management reviews as well as full CPM implementations including numerous OneStream and Oracle/Hyperion products. Additionally, he has participated in the consulting development team for Hyperion Financial Management as well as the initial clients for this product. He is also part of the team responsible for writing the HFM certification exam and has created and delivered numerous OneStream and Hyperion training courses. He has also managed numerous audit and business review engagements as a CPA.

As a CPA that oversaw the SEC reporting group for a large enterprise and who possesses a deep understanding of financial processes, Todd also has experience assisting clients in the process of linking their corporate strategies to operational initiatives.
