Background

Aaron has 20 years of experience across a unique blend of both industry and professional services roles that have formed his significant expertise within the manufacturing and automotive sector. Aaron specializes in a wide range of financial advisory disciplines, including supply chain risk advisory, M&A transactions, strategic and financial planning, turnaround and restructuring services, and project management office. Skillsets within those advisory service lines include budgeting and forecasting, financial statement and capital structure analysis, liquidity forecasting and management, supplier risk strategy, key stakeholder negotiations, evaluation of the viability and strategic plans of a business, transaction financial due diligence, financial planning and analysis, working capital improvement, and the identification and implementation of restructuring and performance improvement actions.

Prior to joining Riveron, Aaron was a member of the KPMG restructuring practice, where he specialized in providing supply chain risk and deal advisory services, largely to automotive OEM and Tier I supplier clients. Before KPMG, he worked for Johnson Controls Inc., where he held multiple director positions, including director of global financial planning and analysis in JCI’s automotive division (now Adient). He is a certified insolvency and restructuring advisor and a member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Original Equipment Suppliers Association, Society of Automotive Analysts, and Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
