Harve has worked with hundreds of middle market companies across a wide range of industries throughout North America including agriculture, real estate, technology, automotive, retail and, consumer products. He has a solid reputation as a pragmatic and realistic practitioner in turnaround situations.  With over 20 years corporate banking and special assets experience, Harve brings a unique perspective of how creditors approach troubled situations.  He is known for eliminating the adversarial environment, gaining consensus among stakeholders, and for his deep experience in the agriculture industry.
