He has executed transactions totaling more than $66 billion in value, advising companies on restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets deals. Kevin helped launch the energy group at a global independent investment bank, where he advised clients on complex strategic and financial initiatives. Previously, he represented industry interests on Capitol Hill as a federal government relations professional, covering transportation, tax, energy, and labor issues.
