Norm Lieu

Background

Norm is a Managing Director at Riveron and brings over 20 years of experience as a restructuring advisor, secured lender, and investment banker. He has represented lenders and equity holders in a variety of workout and restructuring situations spanning the technology, consumer, industrial and healthcare sectors. Norm provides financial advisory, capital raising and restructuring services, including financial modeling, business plan development, due diligence and valuation analysis.​

He most recently served as interim CFO of a vertically integrated paper products manufacturer. Prior to that, Norm worked as an investment professional at a New York-based, lower-middle market debt fund, performing underwriting and portfolio management for both healthy and distressed investments, and served as a restructuring advisor at CDG Group, performing diligence and monitoring distressed leveraged loans. Earlier in his career, Norm was a leveraged finance banker at Bear Stearns & Co. and a venture lender at Silicon Valley Bank.

He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
