Background

Jabier Arbeloa serves as a managing director focused on serving clients with a presence in Latin America. He has over 17 years of experience in business development, corporate M&A, and investment banking. He has worked in a number of landmark transactions in several industries, including food and beverages, telecom, financial services, and power. His experience includes complex cross-border M&A advisory, acquisition financing, post-merger integration, and multiple debt, mezzanine, and equity raising transactions across Latin America, the Caribbean, United States, and Europe totaling $4 billion in transaction value. He has also led multiple strategic advisory and valuation engagements. In previous roles, Jabier worked at Pan American Finance, a Miami-based advisory firm providing investment banking services to clients in markets across Latin America and the United States.
