Managing Director
As a managing director in the business transformation practice, Sid is responsible for helping clients address their problems, managing client relationships, and growing the practice in the Atlanta market.
Background
Sid brings over 20 years of experience in business transformation consulting experience. He has helped companies from NGOs, to family-owned, to private equity-owned, to Publicly traded clients in defining and leading transformative initiatives.
Sid has significant experience in improving performance, enhancing organizational capabilities, driving tech-enabled transformation, improving performance visibility, and managing costs.
He also brings broad functional experience with a focus on the office of the CFO. Sid is experienced in operating model design, shared services design and set up, outsourcing advisory, finance process design, finance point solution implementation, FP&A, benchmarking and enterprise cost reduction, and program and change management.
Sid lives in Atlanta with his wife and two teenage daughters. In his personal time, he loves to travel and try new restaurants with his family. He also enjoys playing golf and tennis with his daughters and watching shows and movies with his wife.
