As a Managing Director, Nate Heeren is responsible for client development, market strategy and office leadership in New York City.
Nate’s primary responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, talent acquisition and development, building brand awareness, and operational leadership. Nate helped build Riveron’s Denver and Minneapolis offices, performing similar functions.
Before joining Riveron, Nate spent several years in accounting and financial leadership roles in addition to leading complex client service engagements focused on due diligence, integration, carve-outs, project management, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management and financial reporting. Nate has significant experience with both public and private middle-market companies across a variety of industries including manufacturing, software, technology services, aviation, oil & gas and healthcare.
Nate is a native of Chicago and recently moved to Denver with his wife and daughter to lead the Denver office. He is involved in Denver Urban Scholars and enjoys hiking and fly fishing. Nate began his career at Ernst & Young in the Audit and Transaction Advisory Services Practices. Additionally, he served as a Director at FTI Consulting.
