Managing Director Elizabeth Pospick brings over 30 years of experience as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Riveron’s Interim Management practice. She improves client accounting operations, audit support, pre-transaction preparation and post-transaction functions for public, private, and private equity sponsored companies.
Elizabeth has deep expertise in manufacturing, real estate, technology, restaurants and entertainment, SAAS, transportation, healthcare and professional services industries. She has managed financial turnarounds, system implementations, financial reporting restatements, sales initiatives tracking, inventory cleanup and management, percentage of completion revenue and cost accounting, revenue recognition, lease accounting, and policies and procedures documentation.
Recently, Elizabeth served as CFO for a private equity acquired commercial roofing company, a domestic and international logistics company, an oil and gas energy services manufacturer, a SAAS company, a metal manufacturer, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, and a restaurant chain. Previously, she was CFO of a manufacturer/distributor of range hoods and a private equity acquired SAAS company.
