    Elizabeth brings more than 30 years of leadership experience serving as interim chief financial officer (CFO) for profitable and distressed businesses across multiple industries. She steps into complex situations to provide financial leadership needed to manage turnarounds, reporting challenges, and operational change. Her experience includes overseeing financial reporting restatements, implementing financial systems, managing inventory processes, and strengthening revenue recognition and lease accounting practices. Elizabeth recently served as CFO for a private equity acquired commercial roofing company, a domestic and international logistics company, an oil and gas energy services manufacturer, a SaaS company, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, a metal manufacturer, and a restaurant chain.
