As a managing director based in Denver, Guido Haus is focused on client service specializing in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, net working capital advisory, and purchase agreement negotiations.
Background
Guido brings over 11 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles, including financial due diligence, pro forma adjusted financials, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, and vendor due diligence. He has significant experience with both public and private companies across a variety of industries, such as manufacturing and distribution, consumer goods, IT infrastructure and managed services, SaaS, and healthcare. Guido has also worked on various transatlantic transactions as well as cross-border transactions within Europe (Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands).
He currently lives in Denver with his wife and two children. He is a proud German football supporter (Borussia Dortmund), grew up playing and later coaching tennis, and generally loves spending time outdoors. He has a passion for travelling and exploring new countries and cultures in his spare time.
