Dieter Wulff
Managing Director
As a managing director in Southern California, Dieter is responsible for growing Riveron’s market presence, expanding client relationships, and oversight of client projects focused on accounting advisory and related business services.
Background
Dieter has over 24 years of progressive public accounting experience serving a variety of companies from development stage to middle market public companies in technical accounting, financial reporting, auditing and other business advisory services.
Dieter specializes in supporting the office of the CFO through complex transactions and capital raises, including business acquisitions, vendor and customer contract accounting, IPO readiness and debt and equity restructurings. Dieter applies critical thinking to collaborative problem solving with a passion for quality and responsive client service.
Prior to joining Riveron Dieter was an accounting advisory services partner at a Southern California based advisory firm after spending 17 years at PwC in the audit practice, as well as serving in their national office technical accounting services group.
Dieter grew up in South Africa and has worked in several geographies throughout his career before settling in Orange County, California where he enjoys endurance sports and a has an ardent interest in enthusiast cars.
