Kevin is a dedicated financial, executive, and legal professional, bringing more than 25 years of experience to assist a wide array of corporate entities across a broad range of industries, including energy, manufacturing, financial services, consumer goods, telecommunications, and others.
He specializes in advising senior executives, lenders and their advisors through various degrees of corporate change including process improvements, restructurings, transactions, and crisis situations.
Prior to joining Riveron, Kevin was a senior executive at Houston based oilfield services company; a senior executive at an offshore exploration and production company; and spent several years with both Alvarez & Marsal and AlixPartners. Moreover, Mr. Larin previously practiced law with a boutique business law firm specializing in corporate, transaction, and restructuring law.
