    Career Highlights & Background

    Robert brings 35 years of experience, including 25 focused on restructuring, transaction, and assurance advisory engagements across every major country in the Americas. He served as chief restructuring advisor in a South American mobile telephone company’s Chapter 11 proceeding and advised the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 case of South America’s largest airline. He guided a court-appointed liquidator and foreign representative in a Chapter 15 petition involving a Mexican nonbank specialty lending company and advised the Government of Puerto Rico and its state-owned agencies. His cross-border leadership experience strengthens execution in complex, regulated, and politically sensitive environments.
