Managing Director Michael Beispiel brings 15 years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, M&A, and strategic advisory services. He has extensive experience serving clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, consumer and retail products, technology, media and telecommunications, and industrial products.
Michael has assisted corporate and private equity clients with financial and strategic advisory services, valuations, and buy/sell transactions with deal values that range from $10 million to over $100 billion.
Prior to joining Riveron, Michael served as Lead Senior Director for the Healthcare Corporate Finance and Valuation practice of a Big Four firm. Previously, while at a technology services company, he led multiple buy/sell transactions to successful closing. Before that, Michael directed valuations for a venture capital firm with $10 billion in assets under management (AUM).
