He has been involved in over one hundred transactions across a wide range of industries including energy, financial services, distribution, and transportation. Throughout his career, Josh has advised both corporate and financial buyers and sellers with buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, carve-outs, standalone analyses, interim CFO support, financial modeling, and forecasting.
At Riveron, Josh works closely with his clients to support their strategic initiatives throughout any transaction. He is based in Chicago, where he lives with his family.
