He is expert in evaluating historical earnings and performance, analyzing working capital requirements, and drafting and reviewing purchase agreements. Josh has led global, cross-functional teams that deliver carve-out financial statements for complex divestitures, supporting transactions from initial diligence through signing and close on deals ranging from $20 million to $5 billion.
