    Career Highlights & Background

    Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, advising clients across transactions. He led audit readiness for a $2+ billion carve-out that spanned more than 40 countries, delivering technical accounting memos, audit support schedules, and financial statement management under TSA requirements. He developed and implemented business processes, policies, and controls to support stand-up environments and ensure smooth audit execution. Scott has also led multiple IPO and De-SPAC readiness and execution efforts, including preparing pro forma financial information and adopting SEC-prescribed accounting requirements.
