    Career Highlights & Background

    With more than 16 years of experience in public accounting and consulting, Mark leads complex engagements involving 3-05 audits, carve-out financial statements, purchase price allocation, and accounting integrations tied to mergers and acquisitions. Mark has guided organizations through dual-track and IPO readiness and the adoption and implementation of major accounting standards, including ASC 606 and ASC 842. He is expert in closing and opening balance sheets, restatements, sale-leaseback transactions, and conversions from cash to accrual accounting. Mark recently supported a private equity backed technology company through technical and operational accounting initiatives including purchase accounting, ERP conversion, and transition services agreement development.
