Background
Mark is a managing director at Riveron with 15 years of experience in public accounting and consulting. He began his career at PwC in the financial services audit practice. He has served several private and public entities in a variety of industries. He has experience with 3-05 audits, carve-outs, PPA/OBS technical accounting and accounting integration, dual track and IPO readiness, adoption and implementation of ASC 606 and 842, SEC reporting, restatements, and significant sale and leaseback transactions.
Mark is based in Dallas with his wife, two kids, and field spaniel, where he enjoys spending time with family, brewing the best cup of coffee, traveling, and the Dallas Cowboys.
