As a managing director in Chicago, George is responsible for client service including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, carve-out assistance, and net working capital advisory.

Background

George has over 14 years of experience in public accounting and transaction services which include performing and leading financial due diligence on over 200 M&A transactions. George has significant experience with both public and private companies across a variety of industries including food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, software, professional services, construction, and consumer products.

George works to develop deep relationships with his clients to support their growth initiatives. Throughout his career, this has included advising private, corporate, and financial buyers and sellers with buy-side and sell-side due diligence (quality of earnings analyses), financial statement analysis, carve-outs, stand-alone analyses, financial modeling, and post-closing working capital adjustments.
