Brian brings deep experience across national office consultation, regulatory advisory, and financial leadership roles. He led technical accounting matters as a team leader in a Big Four national office, representing the firm on the FASB Joint Transition Resource Group for ASC 606 and IFRS 15 and the AICPA revenue recognition working group. Brian also served as an audit partner in Silicon Valley, as chief financial officer of a public software company, and a staff member of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. This combination of regulatory, advisory, and operational experience enables Brian to guide clients through complex accounting and reporting challenges.
