    Career Highlights & Background

    Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership roles, delivering improvements across ERP design and implementation, corporate performance management, and back-office finance integration. He has led cross-functional teams that design and implement finance and accounting applications, including ERP, cost per thousand (CPM) and close management automation, using process-focused methodologies that drive efficiency. His experience includes supporting clients through M&A transactions and integrations and leading strategic and tactical integration efforts for SaaS-based high-tech companies. Tim consistently delivers scalable solutions that align systems, processes, and business objectives in complex environments.
