Lynne brings more than 25 years of experience advising organizations through high-stakes business transitions where strategic clarity and disciplined execution determine outcomes. Her work spans restructuring environments, strategic growth initiatives, and commercial transformation efforts that require a close partnership with executive leadership. Lynne has guided companies through complex situations including a 230+ location real estate company’s in-court Chapter 11 proceeding, where she helped identify and close unprofitable locations and supported the successful sale of the business. She helped prepare an investment bank for sale, spearheading value creation initiatives, defining a sales effectiveness process, and implementing a customer relationship management platform to strengthen commercial performance and enterprise value.
