    Jason brings over 20 years of experience in management consulting and financial leadership roles, advising public and private organizations across a range of industries. He has led shared services center design and implementation programs in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, helping organizations standardize processes and capture operational efficiencies at scale. Jason has managed complex finance transformation initiatives and advised companies on selecting domestic and international business process outsourcers (BPOs). This global and operational perspective enables Jason to guide organizations through complex transformation programs that improve performance, reduce operating costs, and strengthen enterprise-wide financial operations.
