    Career Highlights & Background

    Paul brings more than 20 years of experience delivering financial leadership in high-stakes environments. He serves as interim chief financial officer (CFO), vice president of finance, and treasurer for private equity backed companies navigating transitions. He integrated two companies within a multifaceted $1.5 billion holding company, realizing over $50 million in EBITDA improvement. As interim CFO of a $500 million home décor designer and distributor, he led the budgeting process, implemented a rolling 26-week cash flow model, improved financial reporting, and supported a $100 million asset-based lending (ABL) refinancing.
