    Career Highlights & Background

    Lara brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, audit, and financial leadership roles across public and private companies, including multinational organizations. Lara has been the finance lead on cross-functional global projects, including cybersecurity, internal control compliance, and joint venture and collaborative arrangement agreements involving intellectual property procurement. As finance project lead on more than 40 acquisitions, she has overseen more than $4 billion in capital raised, strengthening financial infrastructure to support growth and investor confidence. Lara led the implementation of ASC 606 revenue recognition at a large multinational public company and has held leadership roles with the Institute of Management Accountants and the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council.
