Background

Steven Alexander is a management consulting professional with over 35 years of experience in providing practical advice and solutions to the senior leadership of middle market companies and their constituents. His experience includes supporting companies that are dealing with either opportunities of growth or challenges of underperformance. Steve applies his expertise in financial assessment and analysis to companies across a wide range of industries and geographies. With extensive corporate banking experience, he has a proven track record and a unique perspective of how creditors work with debtors to amend credit agreements necessitated by expansion or distress. Steve is known for eliminating animosity and gaining consensus among stakeholders.

Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Steve finished a successful banking career at PNC Bank Corporation where he served in numerous roles. Most recently, he served ten years as the bank’s executive vice president of corporate banking where he led their middle market and corporate finance activities in Michigan and Northwest Ohio along with their Native American gaming activities nationally.
