Managing Director, Sales Enablement
As a managing director in Dallas, Alex Benanti is responsible for leading the firmwide sales enablement and operations functions.
During Alex’s tenure at Riveron, he has served in a variety of capacities including client service, sales, marketing, practice development, new markets expansion, recruiting, and operations. In his current role, Alex’s responsibilities include CRM strategy, pipeline management & reporting, business development functional oversight, referral source strategy, production support, and research. He also project manages strategic growth initiatives such as capability stand-up, key accounts, and other enterprise priorities.
Prior to this role, Alex directly supported Riveron’s chief operating officer with strategic business planning, executive operations, firm-wide communications and various firm-wide special projects. He also had operational responsibilities ranging from leading the marketing team, to participating on key account teams, to running markets and practice committees on interim bases. Alex began his Riveron career serving clients on a wide range of engagements concentrating on merger integration, financial analysis, and performance improvement.
Before starting at Riveron, Alex worked at Raytheon Company in various roles across finance and shared services, applying his expertise in project management, business intelligence, financial analysis, integration, and Six Sigma to a range of projects. Alex lives in Dallas with his wife and two sons, where he is blessed to be surrounded by wonderful family and friends.
