As a managing director, Rick is responsible for providing clients exceptional client service on financial due diligence engagements and providing a great experience for our people.
Background
Rick has approximately 15 years of transactions and public accounting experience. Rick works with private equity and corporate clients to advise on buy side and sell side due diligence engagements. Rick supports his clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial bids or pre-exclusivity diligence to post-close support.
Through his years of experience assisting with transactions, Rick has advised on over 200 transactions ranging from $1 million to $2 billion in revenue. Rick has a wide range of experience in the following industries: manufacturing, transportation/logistics, distribution, healthcare, technology, education, services, retail, agriculture, and real estate.

- Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting, University of Miami
- Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida
- Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”)
