Background

Rob Denious has more than 30 years of experience restructuring and growing companies. Over that period, Rob spent 11 years working as a corporate lawyer, 16 years as an investor focused on turnarounds and special situations, more than three years in C-level executive leadership running a $500 million business facing significant operating challenges, and several years working as an advisor and consultant for private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Riveron, Rob founded and served as managing director of QEP Capital Management Company, an independent sponsor and consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of Polar Corporation, a manufacturing and distribution business headquartered in Minneapolis. Before Polar, he spent 16 years as a managing director of Questor Management Company, a manager of private equity funds with $1.2 billion of capital invested in service, distribution, and manufacturing businesses in the United States and abroad, with a focus on turnarounds and underperforming companies.
