As a managing director in Washington DC, Paul Donnell is responsible for client service, specializing in capital markets transactions, SEC reporting, business combinations, and technical accounting.

Background
Paul Donnell brings over 18 years of experience advising public companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies with complex accounting and financial reporting requirements related to capital markets transactions. Paul has served public and private companies through accounting for carve-outs and spin-offs, including buy-side and sell-side support, public and private debt raises, IPO readiness, SEC reporting, purchase accounting requirements, pro forma financial statements, segmental reporting, discontinued operations, EPS, and other accounting and reporting issues.
Prior to joining Riveron, Paul was a director in the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory group at PwC. Paul and his wife live on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC with their two children, where they enjoy exploring the city and all of its museums, riding their bikes, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Manchester United.
