As a managing director in Chicago, Joe Koehler is responsible for client service, specializing in ESG and strategic communications.
Joe Koehler has experience in Capital Markets with extensive experience in technical analysis, sales, relationship management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) covering companies of all sizes and sectors. Prior to Riveron, Joe was a Director at Clermont Partners before its acquisition by Riveron in June 2022. Joe served as an Analyst and Sales Liaison at Nasdaq, partnering with public company executives to articulate the value and actionability of listing on the exchange and utilizing the Corporate Solution service offerings. While with Nasdaq, Joe also handled a book of publicly traded companies where he provided services to help companies navigate capital markets, understand trading strategies, and anticipate the changing landscape for executives and investor relations professionals. Before joining Nasdaq, Joe was part of the Advisory Group with Thomson Reuters where he was a senior analyst on the Energy team. Similar to experiences with Nasdaq, Joe serviced publicly traded companies and communicated with executives, assisting them to better understand what’s happening with their stock and why.
