Background

Vini brings 25 years of experience in communications, corporate governance, and ESG, including advising U.S. and Canadian institutional investors at a top proxy advisory firm and stints at regional newspapers and magazines in southern Brazil. Vini has significant experience with public and private companies across various industries, including media, agribusiness, consumer products, manufacturing, and financial services.

Vini was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the Washington-DC metro area more than ten years ago. He lives with his spouse and two Labrador retrievers.
