As a managing director, Vini leads ESG consulting at Riveron and provides guidance to Board members and management teams on unlocking value with sustainability initiatives.

Viewing ESG as an enabler of business growth as opposed to a compliance requirement opens the door to the strategic thinking and cross functional collaboration required to achieve success in a sustainable way.

Vini brings 25 years of experience in communications, corporate governance, and ESG, including advising U.S. and Canadian institutional investors at a top proxy advisory firm and stints at regional newspapers and magazines in southern Brazil. Vini has significant experience with public and private companies across various industries, including media, agribusiness, consumer products, manufacturing, and financial services.

Vini was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the Washington-DC metro area more than ten years ago. He lives with his spouse and two Labrador retrievers.
