Background
Sylvain has over twenty years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles through a progressing career in audit and transaction services with Big Four firms and a corporate development role driving inorganic growth. Sylvain has significant experience with buy-side and sell-side projects for strategic or financial sponsors earned from leading over 300 projects across a variety of industries including technology, telecom, consumer products, manufacturing, and retail, among others.
