Riveron supported PAE, a government services provider, through planning and executing the integration of recent acquisitions. Riveron helped to ensure a smooth transition with the successful integration of the chart of accounts, implementation of inventory control procedures, and conversion from a minority to majority ownership. In addition, Riveron conducted a cost impact study on combined segments to assess impact of the value-added on the general and administrative expenses.
