As a Managing Director in Dallas, Oscar is responsible for client service, specializing in operations focused on performance improvement, transaction integration, restructuring, turnaround services, and transition executive management.
Background
Oscar Durham brings over 20 years of unique cross functional consulting, restructuring and operating partner experience in supply chain, operations, finance, tax and IT. He specializes in solving complex short fused enterprise challenges , delivering meaningful timely results and innovation for public and privately held companies.
He has worked globally across a variety of industries with a heavy emphasis in energy, manufacturing, and other industrial products companies. By leveraging his experience in operations and supply chain focused performance improvement, restructuring, M&A and tax effective strategy and operating models, Oscar is able to partner with clients on enterprise-wide transformations that drive efficiencies and bottom line results.
Before Riveron, Oscar served as a Principal in EY’s advisory practice, GE Capital International Services, Affiliated Computer Services (now Xerox), and Perot Systems Corporation. Prior to his career in consulting, M&A and restructuring, he served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps.
