Riveron implements CPM software for Aerospace Manufacturer
Privately-held aerospace component manufacturer, comprised of entities on 10 different ERP systems, outgrew their excel-based financial consolidation, planning, and reporting/analysis processes. Riveron completed a current state assessment, designed optimized future state record-to-report processes, facilitated a CPM software selection, and led the configuration, testing, and rollout of OneStream XF. The project resulted in shortened monthly close process, increased visibility into financial performance, eliminated audit concerns, freed corporate FP&A and accounting from data entry tasks, and empowered management to make strategic business decisions using real time data.
CPM for Lab Supplier
A supplier of laboratory and industrial fluid handling products, instrumentation, equipment and supplies needed support with their CPM implementation.
- Managed process of remapping 20+ local trial balances into the consolidated chart of accounts and loaded mappings into new instance of Host Analytics
- Assisted with design and setup of the budget/planning module in Host Analytics
- Cleansed, formatted, imported, and validated currency, budget, pre-acquisition financials, and accounting adjustments data into Host Analytics
- Imported and validated current period trial balances and top-side journal entries between old and new instances while running in parallel prior to go-live
CPM for Building Products Distributor
A public distributor of building products across the United States and Canada was needing support with a CPM implementation.
Riveron evaluated the current state processes and systems used for financial consolidation and reporting while creating the business requirements for the future state solution. Then, Riveron developed an RFP for Corporate Performance Management software and managed the entire software selection process including the selection vendors based on key requirements, vendor scorecard measurements, and contract negotiations.
After the final vendor selection, Riveron transitioned to a implementation team for an on-time and on-budget delivery of the chosen solution.
