This year, finance and accounting leaders across the country attended OneStream’s annual Splash conference for three days of insightful client and partner-led sessions that explored how businesses are uncovering new possibilities and creating modern finance functions enabled by technology. Virtual event attendees learned best practice implementation techniques from the software developers and existing users. Two sessions led by Riveron, a platinum partner and sponsor of the conference, showcased how the solutions drove success for clients in the logistics and technology industries, and OneStream also recognized us with a partner innovation award for recent work with a global hospitality organization.
Success Story: Improving Reporting, Close, and Planning

This virtual session, “How Crane Worldwide Logistics Accelerated Close, Automated Reporting, and Enhanced Planning with OneStream” showcased the global rollout of OneStream for Crane Worldwide Logistics. In less than nine months, the company achieved enhanced and streamlined month-end close, reporting, and annual planning processes. The project teams discuss how OneStream became the go-to strategy for Crane’s financial close and FP&A function, serving as the single source of truth and other benefits achieved, including a shortened close process and reduced budgeting cycle. This virtual session, “Women in Tech: Journey to a Public Company,” shared the successes realized by Dynatrace, a global software intelligence platform, on their road to becoming a public company. Riveron, along with Dynatrace leaders, share public company readiness achievements which occurred at rapid-scale with an integrated consolidation and driver-based FP&A function utilizing the dynamic OneStream platform. Enabling Client Success: OneStream Partner Innovation Award
For successfully partnering with Benchmark Hospitality, an operator of 70 domestic and international luxury brand hotels and resorts, OneStream recognized GBI Consulting, now Riveron, with the Partner Innovation award. Benchmark wanted to gain more visibility into revenue across multiple streams and worked with our team to leverage OneStream’s powerful data integration tools, pulling together 60+ hotel level management systems. The solution was built to facilitate both a top-down and bottom-up planning process with the ability to apply over 50 drivers to either methodology. This extremely dynamic solution was prioritized by the organization’s management team through the pandemic as 95% of their properties were shuttered to create greater visibility into the business and enable better decisions faster. The innovative solution architecture achieved a consolidated view on daily revenue streams and reporting, efficiency in the journals to general ledger workflow, an automated cash flow model, and ultimately, modern processes equipping the finance and accounting functions for new possibilities.
