Lindsay Holliday is a managing director based in Denver, with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership. Her expertise spans SEC reporting, technical accounting, and fresh start accounting across various industries including energy, media and entertainment, consumer products, and manufacturing.
Lindsay’s career includes roles at Big 4 accounting firms, where she served clients in both advisory and audit capacities. She has also managed the financial accounting and reporting department of an oil and gas company. Her experience covers a wide range of financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, SPAC transactions, debt offerings, purchase accounting, and consolidation.
Specializing in complex financial situations, Lindsay has advised on bankruptcy emergence and fresh start accounting applications.
