Riveron Consulting Appoints Key Leadership in Dallas Headquarters
Riveron Consulting, a results-driven national business and financial advisory firm, today announced two instrumental leadership appointments in its headquarters office in Dallas, Texas. These appointments position the firm for further growth not only in Dallas, but nationally as each are key members in the firm-wide leadership team.
Matt Bender has been promoted to executive managing director of business development tasked with strengthening firm-wide sales efforts. Bender has almost 25 years of experience in client services, strategic growth, office leadership and client relationship building. In his previous role, which he held since 2012, Bender was responsible for market strategy, office development and client engagement across the Southwest region, which grew 270 percent under his leadership. In his new role, Bender will use his intimate understanding of Riveron’s unique mix of services, brand and culture to help maximize business development efforts, strengthen channel partnerships and bring consistency to go-to-market efforts across Riveron’s seven offices.

As Bender transitions into his new role, Ozan Gursel has been appointed executive managing director of Riveron’s Dallas office. Gursel has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience focused on growth and performance improvement. In his new role, Gursel will lead Riveron’s largest office, develop his team, deepen client relationships, and build on the capabilities Riveron brings to its clients. Prior to joining the Riveron team, Gursel was the chief operating officer for EXPORT NOW and a partner at McKinsey & Company where he provided high return strategic and operational improvements for his clients encompassing go-to-market strategy, organizational restructuring, operating model design, cost and productivity programs, new market entry and digital enablement.
