Background
Vineet “V” Herwadkar brings over fifteen years of experience advising corporations, private equity funds, founders, and family offices on buy- and sell-side due diligence engagements. He has worked on M&A and private equity transactions ranging from $25 million to $3 billion.
V assists clients in the healthcare and life sciences sector with financial due diligence quality of earnings, identifying key deal risks and opportunities. He helps clients get investor ready; communicates their story to investors; assists in negotiation and closing phases, including share purchase agreement review, working capital and net debt analysis, and post-close working capital settlement; and provides cross-functional deal assistance such as financial, tax, revenue coding/compliance, HR, commercial, and IT due diligence solutions.
V has worked across the healthcare industry, including health plans, hospital and health systems, Medicare advantage, value-based care, pediatrics, oncology, home health, hospice, physical therapy, contract rehabilitation services, and urgent and primary care.
