Background
Stephen Potter’s more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles include transaction advisory services to private equity funds, portfolio companies, and public companies. Stephen has significant experience across a variety of industries including business services, consumer products, manufacturing, chemicals, distribution & logistics, and packaging. He has advised on hundreds of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Stephen has advised clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence (quality of earnings and working capital), purchase agreement and loan agreement terms, financial statement analysis, carve-out transactions, and working capital disputes. He has also acted as a CFO and in interim FP&A roles.
