As managing director, Oyin Oke is responsible for client service and practice development, specializing in shared services transformations, finance strategy and process optimization, and ERP/M&A-led business transformations.
Background
Oyin Oke is an innovative, transformational change agent with 20 years of finance operations, business strategies, and ERP systems implementation experience. She has the proven ability to drive business performance and shareholder value while improving operational effectiveness. Prior to joining Riveron, Oyin was the global director and head of Global Business Services (GBS) at Huntsman Corporation. She was appointed to this position in August 2020 and led a global team in standing up the GBS organization across 3 regions and expanding its scope. She worked as a professional executive consultant for Deloitte, PwC, and Accenture, providing finance transformation, service delivery transformation, digital transformation, business capability assessment, and M&A services to a wide range of Fortune 500 clients. She led cross-functional teams on various engagements ranging from the re-imagining of how and where work will be performed in the future to advising on emerging digital technologies and new business models.
When she is not working, she spends quality time with her husband and two beautiful girls, traveling to interesting countries, making up grand stories, and playing ‘pretend’ with a wide array of dolls and toys.
