As a senior managing director, Mike Montgomery is responsible for sourcing and managing client relationships, leading client engagements, and managing the firm’s business affairs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Background
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Mike is a trusted advisor to many technology and life science companies, leading many capital market projects.
Mike was the founder and CEO of the Effectus Group prior to Riveron acquiring it. He started his career in the Silicon Valley office of a Big Four firm, working first in the External Audit practice and then in the Transaction Services practice.
