Background

Michael Correra has 25 years of experience in restructuring, reorganization, and turnaround management services. He brings practical solutions to companies through his experience in cash management, financial analysis, financial forecasting, interim management, project management, creditor negotiations, and restructuring plan development and execution. Michael has extensive knowledge of a wide variety of industries but specializes in advising companies and/or their constituents in the industries of engineering and construction, metals and mining, automotive, heavy equipment, general manufacturing, technology and telecommunications, and transportation. On behalf of Riveron’s clients, Michael has served in several interim management roles including chief restructuring officer, CEO, CFO, and board member.

Prior to Riveron’s acquisition of Conway Mackenzie in 2019 and subsequent integration, Michael led Conway Mackenzie’s expansion in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic as a shareholder and board member.  Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie in 2007, Michael was a Director with Huron Consulting Group (f/k/a Glass & Associates), a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, and a Loan Administrator with The CIT Group Business Credit.
