Background
As a Managing Director with Riveron’s Restructuring and Turnaround practice, Kevin Voelte provides a full range of financial advisory, operational improvement, and interim management services. He brings over two decades of financial advisory, transaction execution, and client advocacy experience to his clients.
Kevin spent 17 years in energy investment banking and has executed deals for clients totaling more than $66 billion in transaction value. He has extensive experience in many types of advisory assignments, including restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Riveron, Kevin helped start the energy group at a global independent investment bank in Houston, where he served for nearly 14 years. Prior to investment banking, he was a federal government relations professional with an industry trade association representing his association’s members on Capitol Hill on issues related to transportation, tax, energy and labor.
