Kaile has committed her career to driving change and disruption in the healthcare and life science industry. She brings over two decades of transformational experience across a dozen sub sectors in the space. Her expertise resides in re-engineering internal operations, repositioning commercialization, and reshaping the organization for growth and experience spans from pre revenue challenges to post commercialization complexities. Kaile has held turnaround executive leadership roles across the C-suite, including chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief commercial officer, chief restructuring officer and independent board member, for both publicly traded and privately held organizations.

Kaile is a native Californian and now resides in outside of New York City, in Westport, Connecticut.
