Background

Jennifer Iwanicki brings over 20 years of experience in process and technology transformation, including roles at Accenture, Deloitte, EY, and CrossCountry Consulting. Her expertise spans deployment of software products like Workday/Adaptive, Coupa, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Hyperion Financial Management, and SAP across diverse industries such as media & entertainment, retail, and professional services.

Jennifer has excelled as a Workday Industry Leader, overseeing concurrent deployments and establishing long-term technology strategies. She was also a leader in the Coupa practice during a period of significant growth, balancing client delivery with people-related operations. In her previous roles, she optimized processes, designed operating models, and developed business cases for companies from pre-IPO startups to Fortune 100 corporations. Jennifer’s proficiency extends to Record to Report initiatives, where she enhanced financial data models and led Oracle and NetSuite deployment workshops. Prior to Riveron, Jennifer held roles at CrossCountry Consulting, Ernst & Young, and Deloitte.
